DADI — a Hausa word that means to enjoy, to savour, to taste the sweetness. It is pleasure at the table, and it is the name we give to a residency built for the epicurious: the curious eater, the adventurous palate, the seeker of a good story told through food.
DADI is an open kitchen residency that invites chefs and catering professionals to take over the Fantasy Ikoyi house for two weeks to one month and transform it into a living, breathing pop-up restaurant. Each residency follows a singular food & drink theme — Nigerian cuisine in conversation with the world — and runs commercially for both walk-in guests and delivery.
